- Only incorrect sizes of parts can be exchanged within 5 days upon goods receiving.
- A restocking fee of RM 50 or 10% (of value sold) whichever is higher will be imposed.
- A delivery fee of minimum from RM 20 (Subject to GST) will be imposed for every delivery attempt.
- Only applicable to purchase price below RM 500 upon each processed order.
We reserve the right to cancel or revoke any exchange permission at any time for any reason, without any notice without liability to you or any other person.

Faulty & Damaged Goods
We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any items delivered to you that are damaged or defective at no charge.
Incorrect Items Ordered
We will issue a full refund for items ordered incorrectly by you if you notify us within 7 days of receipt and conditional on all item(s) being returned to Solutionpack with unused or hasn’t been installed and in the original packaging. Postage costs will not be refunded. Please send the returnable items registered mail as nothing will be refunded until the returned goods received by us. If we have sent you the incorrect product from what you ordered, we will collect and resend again with no charge.
When you return merchandise please ensure it is packed in a sturdy and secure way so as to avoid any damage in transit or delivery.
Orders cancelled at the request of the customer may incur a fee of RM 30 or 10% of the order value (whichever is greater). This is chargeable at the discretion of management. Custom Made or specifically sized products are not accepted for cancellation of order.
